What happens if I lose or accidentally delete my eTicket?
No problem. Our onsite box office will have record of your purchase. Simply bring a valid photo ID so we can recover your purchase information at the check-in desk.
What if I prefer to buy my tickets onsite?
There will be an onsite box office at the venue but admission is not guaranteed and the event may sell out, especially on finals weekend. We strongly recommend that you purchase your tickets online using our secure checkout above to avoid disappointment!
Where can I find more information about the venue, check-in, parking, etc.?
You will receive email confirmation as soon as you purchase your tickets. The confirmation email will include a scannable version of your ticket, as well as detailed information on parking, check-in procedure, food and beverage options at the venue, and more! Confirmation emails will be sent from tiburonchallenger@buytickets.at so please make sure to add this email address to your “safe senders” list.
