Finals Sunday kicked off with a closely fought match in doubles competition, with two strong teams vying for the title. Marcelo Arevalo (ESA) and Miguel Reyes-Varela (MEX) were coming off a three-challenger winning streak, when they arrived at the Tiburon Challenger. However, they met their match when they came up against wildcards Andre Goransson (SWE) and Florian Lakat (FRA), of Cal Berkeley, who prevailed to wins honors as the Challenger’s double’s champions.
