Semifinal rounds concluded today at the Challenger with more amazing tennis! The highlights today included Khlan- Shamasdin pulling out a Super Tiebreak for the third set 13-11… in a large part due to Khlan (the former Stanford NCAA Champion) striking some unbelievable clutch returns. Millman also won a long three set battle against Qualifier Nils Langer to jump into his first final since his injury a year ago. Sam Querrey sailed through his match and will be going for his third straight Challenger win tomorrow. Spectators should expect quite the Singles Final as Querrey and Millman battled in the Napa Semifinals last week and went into a long three set fight before Querrey narrowly pulled out the win.
